But before I let you in, let me just tell you that I have a long, overwhelming road ahead of me. This is the bachelor pad to rival all other bachelor pads. It is pure dark, dated, dirty and decorationless man cave (yes I just made that up so that there would be another "d" word).
Have I mentioned that three messy boys live here? And I agreed to move in!! Maybe I should have added that to the list of reasons why you should think I'm crazy.
I'm stalling...
Here we go. Come on in...
The good news is it's relatively easy to remove. That obviously has to happen.
This is the one room where I don't quite have a complete vision for it yet. Except I'm pretty excited about this fake stone that Lowe's sells called Air Stone. Apparently it looks real but is super light and easy to install. We shall see about that.
Oh by the way, that's Sydney. She's not banished.
On the other side of this picture is a small dining area. The camera died right when I was taking a picture of it. I did run to the store and get batteries, but I totally forgot to take a picture of it. So just imagine a studio apartment's dining area. That's pretty much what it looks like. Whoever built this house made the tiniest dining room possible. It's not bad though. I'm planning some awesome things for that area. I'm thinking a built in dining nook. It'll be so cute!
This is the area in the house that I'm most excited for. I've found some really cool ideas to incorporate into this room. I'm most excited about adding a faux brick wall. It's going to be so cozy and fabulous, it will blow your mind. Well, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I'm envisioning amazingness in here (yep that's the second word I made up in this post alone).
Well I think the bathroom seems like an appropriate place to leave you. With that I say goodbye til next time. Come back soon. I have some really exciting changes to share with you soon, I hope.
